COMBINATION SKIN
Your T-zone is shiny, with slight dryness in the cheek area. When cleansing, apply foam to your T-zone followed by your cheeks, but do the opposite when moisturising. Apply oil-control products to the oilier parts of your face.
OILY SKIN
Look for products with combinations of glycolic and salicylic acid. These help to unclog pores, exfoliate dead cells and improve acne. Alternate between scrubs and masks twice a week.
DRY SKIN
Do aviod alcohol-based toners as they tend to dry the skin out. Get a good moisturiser that blocks moisture loss and draws moisture from within at the same time. You may try Biotherm's Aquasouce Non Stop Invigorating Moisturiser.
SENSITIVE SKIN
If your skin is prone to allergies, rashes and redness, use a mild cleanser free of additives like perfume and coloring as these ingredients may aggravate your skin. Find a product that works for you and stick with it.

Increase Metabolism and Burn Fat Faster!
GREEN TEA can help make the metabolism work faster and more effectively, while also helping the body burn fat faster. It contains natural chemicals called catechin polyphenols, which raise the rate at which calories are being burned.
SPICY FOOD like chillies, curry powder, Tabasco sauce and cayenne pepper cause little spikes in your metabolism rate. These foods contain capsaicin, which has been shown to slightly increase metabolism. Also try mustard and radishes.
WATER is essential in maintaining your metabolism as even being mildly dehydrated can reduce you metabolism by as much as 3 percent!

Acne Woes
Acne I believe is primarily a 20th Century disease. Our
pollution levels, poor eating habits, and overuse of
antibiotics have allowed yeast (Candida Albicans) to
get out of control.
The results? Acne is fairly limited to western
civilization but is becoming more of a problem as other
cultures incorporate processed foods into their eating
habits. There are over 17 million chronic acne sufferers
in the United States alone...and 1 in 3 will have to
deal with some form of it in their lifetime.
Personally, I've been battling acne for years - ever
since I was 14. It got better in my late teens but for
some reason it came back when I was 20. Now I'm 23 and
my skin has finally cleared up! I'm writing this blog
to share with everyone tips that I used to clear my skin.
Why? Because I know what it's like to go through the
torment of looking in the mirror and hating what I see.
And I would like to help those who are going through the
same thing that I was.
Hope you'll find this blog useful.
